Terms of use
Last updated 10 June 2026 · applies to the Aida iOS app and this website.
The short version
You buy Aida once and it’s yours. We don’t do subscriptions, we don’t take features away after you’ve paid, and we don’t touch your data. The rest of this page is the same promise in slightly longer sentences.
Who we are
Aida is published by oomny bv, an independent app studio in the Netherlands. You can reach us at michael@oomny.nl — a human answers.
The deal
- Free tier. You can import your first charts and use the full workbench for free, so you can confirm your PDFs open before paying anything.
- Aida Pro. One purchase of €14.99 unlocks every feature, forever, on all devices signed into your Apple ID, with Family Sharing. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and there is nothing that renews.
- The no-rug-pull promise. We will not convert your one-time purchase into a subscription later, and we will not remove features you paid for.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple’s standard licensed-application terms. Refunds are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something doesn’t work and Apple says no, write to us anyway — we’d rather fix the problem.
Your charts are yours (and your designers’)
Aida is a reader and tracker for charts you already own. You’re responsible for using it with charts you have the right to use — please keep buying from the designers you love. Aida does not copy, share or upload charts anywhere; they stay on your devices and in your personal iCloud.
What we can’t promise
We work hard to make Aida read every standard PDF chart, but PDF charts vary wildly and we can’t guarantee every file parses. That’s exactly why the free tier exists — try your charts first. The app is provided with the care of a small studio, not with guarantees of uninterrupted perfection; nothing on this page limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer, including under Dutch and EU law.
Changes
If we ever need to change these terms, we’ll change this page and update the date at the top. We won’t change the deal: bought once is bought forever.
Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in always continue to apply.
