Aida is made by an indie, not a ticket queue. Email michael@oomny.nl and a real person — the developer — answers, usually within a day.

Restore your purchase

Bought Aida Pro and reinstalled, or got a new device? Your unlock is tied to your Apple account, not to us:

  1. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple account you purchased with.
  2. Open Aida → the paywall or settings → Restore Purchases.

Family Sharing is enabled — household members can use your unlock at no extra cost.

A chart won’t import?

Aida reads standard PDF charts (grid, symbols, thread key). If one of yours parses oddly, email it to us — designer PDFs vary endlessly and every chart you send makes the importer better for everyone. We treat your charts as purchased property and delete them after debugging.
